The application is open to all interested individuals aspiring to become a registered as Certified Investment Solicitors, Equities Securities Salesmen, Fixed Income Market Salesmen, or Compliance Officer/Associated Persons for Broker-Dealers in the Equities Market.
I. Requirements
 

• Read and understand the SEC Privacy Notice for SEC Certification Examinations.
If an applicant submits their application requirements, they automatically consent to the processing of their personal information by the SEC ERTD-MPDD staff for Certification Examination purposes. They also understand that their personal information will be protected with appropriate safeguards and are aware of their rights as data subjects.

  Examination fee per person per schedule is PhP500.00.

  • Computerized examination.
  • Multiple choice question format.

  • Passing score for Phase 1 exam is 65%, and 75% for Phase 2.
